1. Message from the Chief / Overview
Hello there dear reader! First of all you are asking, what is Los Santos Fire and Medical Department and why is this Faction even in the top list of needed Factions in this world? Well, as you read the Department name, it focuses on Medical, Health and Fire Services. We do contribute alot in the city since we will be the one to lengthen/extend your life and save it from harm. We are the only ones that have enough Knowledge about the said services.
The Department indeed needed alot of people since we don't know what is happening around us, but if happened so, we will be there quick just to rescue your lives, even you are a Predator or Prey. We don't just drive around hanging out in the club eating alot just to enjoy our lives, well, for your own Knowledge, I as the Chief don't entertain that actions, hence punishing those who are abusing the powers given to them.
There are indeed alot of mortality rate continuously increasing every second AND that is when our Department takes place. Even if we have our Law Enforcers and alot of Enforcement Agencies, still, not enough to fulfill the needs of a City about these such incidents.
2. Duties
On Duty
Be On Duty alot of times since there are alot of unwanted incidents or events happening around our City as said earlier, unless, you are ready to face some Punishments that will affect your efforts on applying and joining us, and you don't want that to happen as well as we. You are obliged to use /r(adio) since that is the only way of us to communicate. And always be ready to report all incidents or events you encounter along the way.
Off Duty
When you are Off Duty, you are not allowed to use our Vehicles since you are not recommended to answer calls but you may help those victims you encounter. Please tell in /r(adio) the reason why you are Off Duty, a good reason. Lastly, you are also NOT ALLOWED to use /d(epartment).
3. Rank Structure/Chain of Command
Please do take note that we will be implementing Promotion Points!
To those who are asking what really is I am pointing about, Promotion Points are given when a member of our Department is noticed by an HR working as their duty calls. When that one person met the PP required for that Rank, that's the time they will get the Promotion. This will take effect on R5 and above.
R0 - PROBITIONARY
You are now one-step away on being an Intermediate! As a Probitionary, you are required here to be taught deeper informations for your own understanding and knowledge about the Department. Here your Permissions are very narrow, meaning, you cannot use any commands you will like to. One example here is /d(epartment). You cannot just say "Hi" to all Departments using this, if so did, you will be striked and become suspended for 3 days (In-game).
R1 - INTERMEDIATE
As an Intermediate, you are still under observation, meaning your Permissions are still narrow and you cannot do what you wanted to. But as an Intermediate, we do require you to apply for a Division since there are alot of Divisions to choose from (It will be listed below). Just make sure you know all the basics that has been taught to you when you are a Probitionary.
R2 - MEDIC
As a Medic, you are officially a Member of the Department, thus requiring you to do the duties of a Medic such as responding to calls, and other duties a Medic has. Please do take note that you are now able to be demoted BUT your Permissions increased than the last Ranks.
R3 - SENIOR MEDIC
As a Senior Medic, you are obliged to look after the Medics if they are doing their jobs right, but it doesn't mean that you are able to Demote them. If you do found them needed to be demoted, give considerations or just strike (X) them. Once a HR came On Duty, contact them and tell what is the reason why.
R4 - PARAMEDIC
As a Paramedic, you are also obliged to look after your Members since you will be the one incharge of them. Since you are not still an HR, you are not yet able to demote a member, but if so did find one, please contact and HR about it.
R5 - SURGEON
You are now in your HR Position, as a Surgeon, you are very obliged to look after your Members, you may now Demote a Member if they are showing bad attitudes or not following Rules. But please do give chances since we don't know if that person really knows what they are doing.
R6 - DOCTOR
As a Doctor, you are obliged to look after your Members, act professionally not like a child looking for his toy. You will act as a Trainer if there are Probitionaries or Intermediates needed Trainings. As an HR, you are now allowed to Promote, Demote, and Kick a Member if they are showing bad attitudes or not following the rules. Please be a role-model since you are the one to be looked on by them.
R7 - COMMISSIONER
As a Commissioner, you are allowed to On and Off Duty all the times even without permissions from the Chief. You are also obliged to look after your Members.
R8 - HEAD OF STAFF
As a Head of Staff, you are the Right and the Left Hand of the Chief, meaning, you will take place when the Chief is not On Duty. You will be the one also to handle the Members since you are their Head, you also handle all Divisions except the Honorary.
R9 - CHIEF
You are the Chief! You will be the one to Handle the whole Department. Please do Handle it with care, it's very fragile.
4. DIVISIONS
GROUND UNIT
As the Member of Ground Unit Division, you are required to always work on ground, reporting and helping as long as you can reach the Place where the Incident took place or the Victim is.
AIR UNIT
As a Member of Air Unit, you are needed once the Incident happened on high places such as Mountains, or on Water where Ground Units cannot reach. You will be also the eye of the Team since you have the clear vision on the Ground.
EMS (Emergency Medical Services)
As one of the EMS, you are required in Quick Actions/Medical Care and in First Aid.
FIRE UNIT
Since our Department covered whole services, Fire Unit is needed when there is a Fire Incident happened. You are very needed on such incidents especially if there are Victims needed to be rescued inside a Burning Structure.
SEARCH AND RESCUE
As one of the Search and Rescue, your main Objective is to locate and know the exact location where the Victim is, aside of the Air Unit, you will be the Primary Eye of the Team since you will be sent out to find Survivors.
5. VEHICLES
AMBULANCE
The first and very basic, simple used by all LSFMD Members. This can be used by Ranks "R1-R9" for Patrols and Call Response.
FIRE TRUCK
Commonly used by Firemen. Can only be used by Ranks "R2-R9" and must be in the Division "Fire Unit". This is used for Emergency Services and Patrols.

7. STRIKES / PUNISHMENTS
Please do take note that you will only be given 3 Strikes and that is final.
[X] - 1 STRIKE
Here you will be put on the watch list, any actions that are not to be done by you the bad ones, you will be automatically be suspended for 2 days from the Department. You will be removed from the list once you have paid your debts completely. You will also be fined 500$ (InGame).
[XX] - 2 STRIKES
Here you are to be Suspended automatically for 2 days and will increase as long as you are disobeying the consequences imposed to you. Here you will be fined 1500$ (InGame).
[XXX] - 3 STRIKES
Here you will be automatically be kicked out from the Department while also banning you to apply to be in the Department again. Here we will disregard all your efforts, help, and things you have done when you are still with us. You will be jailed for 2 Days (InGame) and be fined 20,000$ (InGame).

[-] Doing any actions without Permissions from High Ranks.

[-] Possessing Illegal Items (such as: Weapons, Narcotics, Drugs, and any other Substances.) while working.

[-] Doing actions Prohibited to you.
[-] Messing/Destroying the Training.
[-] Using /dept(artment) without Permissions from High Ranks.
[-] Not Wearing Proper Uniform.
3 STRIKES OFFENSES
[-] Killing someone even if it's Unintentional.
[-] Drug User / Drug Pusher.
[-] Abusing the Powers given to you.
